  • 1, Measure and Sift

Use the bamboo scoop to measure 1.5 scoops of matcha powder (2g) into the matcha bowl.

  • 2, Coolor Hot the Water

Pour hot water into a teacup to cool it down to about 80°C (176°F).

  • 3, Pour the Water

Add the cooled water to the matcha bowl until it is one-third full.

  • 4, Whisk the Matcha

Whisk the matcha in a zigzag motion, as if writing the letter "m" to prevent lumps.

  • 5, Finish with Gentle Touch

Once the matcha is frothy, gently draw a "no" shape to finish and lift the whisk.

  • 6, Enjoy with Sweets

Serve your elegant matcha with a traditional sweet for a delightful experience.
